The place was spacious. You can seat yourself. They greeted us. So far ok. The waiter waited to take order. Then, we never got... good treatment. We had to keep calling and waiting. I had not been to this restaraunt in years. It is just on a cross street that I don't ever seem to go down. My wife and I were... out and about and she wanted food (a margarita) so we stopped in. The place was not real busy but there was only one server whowas also helping at the bar. I thought, "great...But the server, who i am sorry I cannot remember by name, was awesome! Withlike 5 tables, one being a large table with kids spilling drinks and asking for stuff constantly, we were never without service.Our food came out quickly, was as ordered and tasted great. It was a good experience and it happens to be right before theconstruction mess starts so you don't even have to deal with that. I will say, the building itself and the interior need work.It is not fancy and it's very old. But the food was great as well as the service. Food is ok. Didn't like the sauce on the borracho beans too much though. Never had it before. I thought there was supposed to be... cheese sauce on the enchilada. Didn't look like it. But I still enjoyed the lunch and service is good. So was the price withunder 10 dollars. Read more
Date night with the wife... Not to crowded tonight due to the below freezing weather. Had a couple games on the televisions. ... Good chips and salsa. I had the Carne Asada Burrito and she had the Three Amigos. Both were very good choices, plenty left overfor lunch the next day. Good service. Read more
The food is always over cooked and I feel rushed every time I go because they?re so short with me and they?re not even busy. I... am very relaxed when I eat out and don?t like to be bothered a lot anyways, it?s just the vibe I get.
