I use to love going to this location. Last night I took my family to eat dinner here. The floor was filthy. The waiter never... refilled or asked to refill our drinks. He only came to our table to take our order, bring our food and bring the check. Mywife's trout was cold. I had to ask for gravy for my chicken fried chicken. Normally the food and service at Cracker Barrel are great but today 9-2-22 it was a terrible experience our waitress I thought... might be new, was not , she had a lot to handle with a large crowd! We were not brought napkins(had to ask) we waited while 4-tables arriving after us were served first we solicited another server to find out if our order had been turned in. We thenreceived our food and we received things on our order we did not order ! Extra things we were told hatefully you don?t have topay for the extra! Then we had a difficult time getting our ticket again having to ask another server to retrieve it. Whilecomplaining a women interceded and informed us we were the problem she then told me to leave when I questioned who she was THE SHIFT LEAD BECKY AT THE OLYMPIA LOCATION NOT TO WORRY WE WONT BE BACK ! all the other waitresses have always been so nice its ashame they have someone like that representing them! First time coming here. There is a store part with candy, clothes, gifts for all ages. The restaurant part is decorated in an... old fashioned farmer style. For instance, a yoke was mounted above the entrance and there's old photos and signs mounted aswell. I ordered the Wednesday special, chicken stuffed with broccoli, and loaded hashbrowns for the side. It was tasty. One ofmy kids ordered fried shrimp with mac-n-cheese for a side. He liked it a lot. My other child ordered grilled cheese withapplesauce for the side. The applesauce was pre-packaged and he ate it before I took a picture. He didn't care for the grilledcheese. (He's probably use to the way I make them and I use cheddar not American) He also got Root beer for the drink and I'mvery pleased that it was made with real sugar. One ordered lemonade and I ordered an iced mocha coffee. The iced mocha coffeewas bitter until I mixed the whipped cream into it. Then it tasted great. When I got the bill there was an option to scan andpay so that was super convenient. Can't wait to go again. Read more
