I went yesterday for the pick 2 again. I figured out how to scan my receipt to get credit for my purchases. A little late, but... at least I am getting credit. The flatbreads were good as always and so where the smoothies. Loved the strawberry bananasmoothie. Kind of disappointing that in order to get points you must scan your cellphone. Why not ask for a phone number too asan option. I parked to far away to be able to go get it for scanning. I have downloaded the app and tried to get my freesmoothie. The app is very confusing and locks up. We finally got it to work. Only my email shows I can get a smoothie for $1.99with any food purchase, but I cannot see it on my app. WTH? The app has changed and still doesn't work right. I tried to scan myreceipt for points, but it won't let me!!! Read more

My wife placed an order at noonish .I went inside and sat for roughly 10 to 12 minutes before getting frustrated and walking up... to the counter to ask them to please confirm my online order. I told them it was under my or my wife's name, I also described myorder. Counter girl told me they did not have my order and that it was sent to the other store (she could not care less) as Iwas going to call my wife to try to figure this out I saw a customer go up to a different employee at the counter and tell themthere was a problem with his order his order had my smoothies shoved into the cubicle behind it so my smoothies that were readysat there for over 5 minutes with no receipt hanging that said mine or my wifes names to indicate to us that our order wasready, again keeping in mind that your employees told me my order was sent to a different store. So after I saw the employeeseparate the order (but not hang a receipt in front of the order) I realized that's the amount of smoothies I ordered and lookslike the right color of my order so I got up again to check and the label on the cups said my wifes name, the labels notvisible until the other customers food was moved. So my smoothie sat there and got warm for 5 minutes when I mentioned to thesame employee that I asked about my order that I said the name on the label and they were here she completely ignored, me was100% rude . Instead of apologizing she was completely silent the only thing offered afterwards was a drink carrier not athank-you not a you're welcome not a I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand the days can be stressful but when youspecialize in customer service your customer service needs to be on point. And ignoring your customers when they bring up anissue is not customer service. Maybe don't put highschool kids at the register that couldn't care less about the custom.erexperience. This place provides good smoothies, but it has much to be desired. First off there is only one size of smoothie and it's on the... larger end. I expected that a smoothie place would at least have two sizes. The second is the smell, across all locations theplace has a weird earthy smell that can make you lose your appetite. Ordered an Acai Berry Boost and it tasted off like it was missing something or had too much ice. I let them know and the lady... made me a new one. The second one was perfect. The store smelled really weird and the styrofoam cups smelled up our car. I'mgiving the eating a five star bc I like my smoothie. Read more

Two stars for Customer service. The employees this morning April 26, 2021 at 1030 were not friendly at all. No greeting, no... anything. What topped it off was that when they finished our smoothies, they were placed on the counter next to the register anddidn't say a word to us. We were the only one's in the store. Only reason I knew my smoothie was ready, is because I happened tolook over and see them there. No idea how long they were sitting on the counter. I've been to several Tropical Cafes in Kansas,Oklahoma and Arkansas. This one by far is the worse at customer service. Read more

Me my friends just got our food, too bad we didn't stay in because of how stuffy the room is: it's a bit smoky. Also Camille was... sweet, but she needs to speak up louder, the music and the kitchen is loud. It also defeats the purpose of the glass window ifcustomers have to go around the side to hear her.
