We ordered two medium specialty pizzas and pineapple jalapeño chicken bites for a total of $73. We live 1.4 miles from the... store, yet Dominos? tracking showed the driver going to a drop off 8 miles from our home. The pizzas arrived at our house 1 anda half hour after the order was placed. The pizzas were stone cold. I called the store and was placed on hold three times, I hadto explain the situation each time. They contacted the driver who reported the pizzas were hot on delivery. I really hate itwhen people assign blame to the victim. The ONLY restitution was send new pizzas. I demanded a refund, she put me on hold again.She came back on the line and said they?ll refund my money is 5 to 7 days. Then she hung up on me. Update: months have passedand still no refund. I tried calling several times. They claim there?s no record of my complaint. If you live in Tustin, Ihighly recommend Italian Express. They are a locally own and their food far exceeds corporate pizza. Read more

Ordered 1 large 3 topping at 8:16pm. Delivered at 9:38pm. Cold, smashed or fell and delivery driver was on the defensive as soon... as I opened the door. First thing he said was "Sorry. Did it take too long?" When I said yes, he responded with "Well I had 3deliveries in my car." Pizza was lacking in sauce, lacking in heat and lacking in quality. It was cut horribly. We had alreadygiven up on Pizza Hut for very similar reasons. I will not be ordering from Domino's any more. Read more

I ordered from here online and when it arrived it all seemed good until I got inside and opened the pizza and the most horrible... smell like rot and throw up where what this pizza smelled like. (The ingredients they used where clearly and inexcuseivlyrotten) I immediately throw it out and do not recommend ordering from here unless you like food poisoning. Read more
apparently these are ?cinnamon twists? now? flat pieces of bread with a pool of cinnamon. and our pizza was uneven and burnt and... just awful. worst domino?s experience i?ve ever had. Read more
If you want pizza just go to pizza Hut or other place. Service here is terrible. Deliveries always late with cold pizza. Two... hours for one pizza when i live 2 minutes away and it's not even during the weekend. It's all the time. I don't recommend it Read more
