McDonald's in general is going downhill fast. They can't get adequate help and wait times can be long no matter the location.... The dine in options are ridiculous. They need a cashier and not just a computer kiosk as some people like to pay with cash. Read more

Culver's the dining room was closed because of short staff. So we decided to try the McDonald's. I placed our order and pay for... it. He gave us are cups and order number. We went to the pop area and it was a mess with pop spilled all over. The dining areawasn't much better and when the food did finally come my chicken sandwich was over cooked and the fries where only warm. My wifeordered wasn't any better. If they were short staff like Culver's they should have closed it too. The drive thru wasn't anybetter. People understand that and make adjustments. Read more
McDonald's employees always get the order wrong, being a fast food restaurant is really not their specialty, first you order pay... and they send you to wait on the parking lot, later a employee comes outside with your order. And leave without giving you achance to make sure your order is complete, in some cases your order is incomplete and you have to decide if you are willing toget out of your car go inside and make a line for them to correct your order or simply take your loss and never come back tothis restaurant. This place couldn't figure out how to run two different cards and forgot not one but three hashbrowns overall bad experience... they did give my hashbrowns tho when I went Inside after coming through the drive-thru. Overall horrible experience. Orangejuice tastes like water. Thanks for the horrible breakfast and mean staff. Read more
First time stopping at this McDonald?s. They have an ordering screen if you aren?t feeling like you want to actually talk to... someone when you place your order For me I prefer talking to a person. Had to wait a little longer cause they didn?t haveanyone assigned to actually work the register. The restaurant inside was a train wreck almost no clean tables. The drink areahad pop all over the pace and empty straw wrappers littered the counter The girl that brought our food to our table wasfriendly and the food itself was on par for McDonald?s. I?d stop here again but might get my food to go instead of dininginside. Read more
Waited with my kids for 3 happy meals.... had me pull forward to the mailbox where we sat for 10 mins. 3 happy meals is all... that was ordered.... all 3 pops 3/4 full and flat..... figured the wait meant fresh and hot food..... all the nuggets not evenwhat I'd call Luke warm..... and fries cold as well with NO SALT!? I live in town, probably should have went back andb1tc#$÷d. But, try that with 3 hungry kids. Not happy. Read more
Normally wouldn?t make a review but I?m in a 10 hour car ride and just wanted to say Spencer handled our big order awesomely and... he was very polite, kind and patient with/to us. To even have an employee smile at us at McDonald?s is usually rare. So just ashout out to you Spencer and your positive attitude. You rock and you deserve a raise! The girl at the food window though threwour straws at us :( that?s okay though. Read more
