Barely any people during weekends but gets pretty busy during weekdays. I went a few times during the weekends and I?m always... the only one. The problem is every time when I order the drinks, they taste extremely diluted, especially the matcha. Theydefinitely use low grade matcha, I do not even think the matcha is culinary graded, that?s why they dilute it so much so it isnot too bitter. Outside of tea, they also have macarons and cakes which I usually don?t find in Chatime locations. Read more

Customer is open during construction. I was greeted by a self serve kiosk during my most recent visit. This is great because... I can customize my drinks with little chance of order error. There is limited seating inside. There is s vast selection ofdrinks and the quality as well as the taste are good. Read more
wait times and service have been good for me but milk tea is on the watery side. I'd go with fruit teas if you're here for the... first time. otherwise, I love the quality of the pearls and other toppings! Read more
I ordered the Mango Tango, it was delicious and refreshing would highly reccommend! It was a little sweet with even 80% sugar so... I would definitely reccommend half sugar or less from someone that even has a sweet tooth. Read more

I ordered the Jasmine Jade milk tea with sago! The drink was great, sweet and aromatic! So I definitely enjoyed the drink, the... only downside is the wait time but other than that, great place for bubble tea! Read more
They have self-service kiosks here, which make it much faster to order. The wait time has usually been around 5-10 minutes for... me. I mostly get the milk tea with brown sugar pearls and sea salt crema, which is really good. In terms of flavour, I feel likeit?s a huge upgrade from a basic milk tea with pearls, since there?s hints of caramel and salt. However, I decided to trysomething new and got the matcha latte, and it was EXTREMELY bitter. It was astringent and made my mouth feel dry, and it feltreally powdery. I just read another review that said their matcha drinks were watery to dilute the bitterness, so I guess theyforgot to dilute mine?? Either way, I?ll be staying away from their matcha flavoured drinks from now on. Read more
