Lebanese food is my favourite, so there was stiff comparison walking into Jamjar which carries a hefty reputation and quite the... thick price tag.. they SMASHED it. The Fattoush salad was world class - fresh, textured, beautifully served. Their hummus triowas delicate and worked with everything. The chicken and Toum was the stand out, beautifully rich in flavour but light with thecombined tabboleh and olives. While pricy, the happy hour menu let's you go wild with dishes and is well worth the experience.The staff were lovely and the server set a great tone with her passion for the food. To compare it to Wild Thyme, it's equallyas good quality just lighter with salads as the figurehead. Will be going every month guaranteed. All I can say to improve isjust put ice cubes in the water during a heat wave... that's it. Flawless eating. Read more

Our meal at January was so good that we were both dying to go again 2 days later. The hummous trio is excellent and the... falafels are some of the best I've had. I love when I leave a meal feeling well fed but not heavy at all. Fresh healthyfood. I look forward to returning again! Read more
It was such a gem place. Hippy style food and service. Its very conveniently located right on the corner . When you enter ,... Pleasant and casual atmosphere coupled with rejoicing music welcomes you. Delicious and healthier versions of comfort food isavailable. From the menu, Platter is a must try as you can pick and choose your three starters/appetizers. Plenty of options forvegetarians and meat items like the lamb and kebab is super healthy and delicious at the same time. I could not try a-lot ofdrinks but a unique non-alcoholic drink that is local is labenon is really good. Baklava was little hard and less sweet for adesert. Read more
Amazing Lebanese place! The food is fresh, flavourful, and the spices hit all the authentic notes. And to top it all off - the... prices are surprisingly low for such high quality. Some things (like the Lebanese “toast”) are cheap even by middle easternstandards. Everything I’ve tried so far was amazing, so it’s hard to recommend anything in particular. But if I had tochoose - the cauliflower is in a league of it’s own. Best I’ve had in all of North America. Read more

Went for dinner And the food was good (especially the appetizer dips) but the service was unfortunately not great. We were at... our table for close to an hour before getting any food. Really great in that category of casual eats. Flavors are here, I took the lunch vegan platter and it was absolutely delicious!... Good level of spices, generous portion and great bowl all together. I will come back for sure! Service was also warm and kind. Read more
