Food is wonderful, you can taste the fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Amazing view and very friendly, welcoming... servers. We went to celebrate a birthday, they do charge a $3.50/ person cake handling fee, so the bigger the party the more itwill be. The hostesses (all 3 of them) saw us, and ignored us for 5 minutes before greeting us at all. Kinda rude. The overalldinning experience was phenomenal!!! A truly outstanding food experience! Had the 7-course Miku Kaiseki and it was certainly worth it - every bite was truly a... delight. I was not totally versed in Japanese cuisine and the menu stretched my comfort levels at times BUT I experiencedflavours and textures I shall never forget. Miku was the best place for sushi. It was so amazing that I can’t eat sushi anywhere else now. The king salmon melts in your... mouth and the red tuna was just amazing. The Miku roll was just awesome. It was the best experience yet and I can’t wait to goback. It is on the expensive side however but definitely worth every penny. Great service as well. An amazing dining experience in downtown Vancouver with some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Gorgeous views of Vancouver... harbor, beautifully decorated interior and comfortable seating. Service was fast and friendly. The food was incredible. I hadthe pressed salmon rolls they're known for and they did not disappoint. All of the fish was extremely fresh and prepared well.Perfect dining experience and I will definitely return! Read more
There’s a reason you need lunch reservations! Prices are high but quality far surpasses that! We were amazed! This isn’t a... quantity eat it’s a QUALITY! Never before have I had such an amazing and diverse meal with so many amazingly well pairedflavours. The food is visually appealing, tasty, and it really is an experience any sushi lover would enjoy. It’s insanelyquick with so many staff members no empty plate will sit in front of you. The service in general was incredible, and thecleanliness of the bathrooms was also something to note! Incredible food, it was an experience as well as the best meal I've ever had. The set menu might have small portions but each... bite is perfection and the amount of food you get overall was perfect - not too full but very satisfied, and the presentationwas perfection. The wait staff was excellent, as well, always there when you needed them but they gave my partner and I space toenjoy our evening without being rushed. Fantastic food, great views and good service! This is arguably the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. The miso soup and the... appetizers were amazing— flavorful, shrimp was cooked perfectly and breading was light and crisp. The sushi is even better—everything was perfectly balanced. All the tastes were spot-on, textures were on-point and everything was just perfect! The seaurchin was a huge hit for us. The “Premium” menu option was also one of our favorites. The views are also amazing—seaplane, ocean, boats and mountains. What more could you ask for?? Finally, the service was great! The all took time to chatand guide us through the menu. The servers and workers create a fun environment. They are super quick and superfriendly. Overall, amazing! Great restaurant, and highly recommend. Read more
