Tasted ok but the new York deli really didn?t have much meat on it at all I like a pizza that is thick with meat .
It's what you expect! Predictable classic Canadian style pizza. My favourite is the New York Deli meat pizza on thin multigrain... crust, with the cheesy sauce for dipping the crust. Panago is probably my favourite of the big chain pizzas, but it could justbe nostalgia based bias. They are open late and will never surprise you with anything beyond what you order. Read more
I will NEVER get a pizza from Panago again. If I could rate no stars I would. Somehow I ordered an under cooked pizza that I had... to put it in the oven for 15 minutes and it was still doughy inside. I called to customer service to get a refund. They saidthey?ll get the manager from Vernon to call me. 20 hours later I get a call from the store manager, they said that I cannot geta refund without the pizza, even though I still had my receipt. I had some good pizzas from here but the last time I went I had a really poor experience. The pizza I got wasn?t cooked... properly, when I lifted up the cheese there was raw dough. I called and asked if I could come back for a refund and they told meI had to wait for a manager to call. That never happened. I?ll get pizza somewhere else next time. Read more
I would?ve given them ZERO stars if it was possible. I ordered a Tropical Hawaiian pizza from them today. ?45 minutes?, the... system told me, so I walked to the corner store to get a drink. I didn?t even get through the front door of the store beforethe delivery driver was calling to say he was at my house - 21 MINUTES later. ?Is it even cooked?, I asked, as I rushed back tomeet him without my drink. The driver just laughed. It WASN?T fully cooked and it was a normal Hawaiian. One can immediatelytell the difference between pizza and BBQ sauce, and with no bacon on it as it should. Irritated, I called in to complain. Ispent over $31 for a MEDIUM pizza including delivery, THIS slop wouldn?t do. They gave me a $10 credit (which buys virtuallynothing there) and the lady said that the next pizza would come out ?well done?. I said to her, ?I hope it?s not gonna beburnt?. She just laughed. Sure enough, the pizza was burnt. I didn?t bother calling back a second time, because it?s obviousa trained monkey would be an improvement to their staff. I also learned never trust a Panago staff member when they laugh. They are lying through their teeth. To send out a pizza that looks like THIS is outrageous. Very good pizza, fast service and polite staff.
I ordered pizza from Panago yesterday. Its closing hours always match Domino's and Papa Johns. Panago has by far the largest... and best vegetarian and vegan menus in town. They also offer the biggest selection of sauces to use. Only Farmhouse rivalsit. It always has a high quality taste. However, they are at the higher end when it comes to price, and rarely offer deals ontheir pizzas. It's difficult to get one medium pizza delivered for less than 30 bucks (unless you don't tip). Pizza was delicious. And food arrived on time. sadly my order was incorrect. One pizza requested mozzarella and feta. No... mozzarella was present on the pizza . And was shorted a 2L of Pepsi. Relieved an extra dipping sauce. Nothing more frustratingthen being charged for something and not getting it. Read more
