They gave me wrong order which I did not discover until I got home. Had to drive back and retrieve my new very cool pizza.
Avoid this location at all costs. Seriously, even if they're the last place open in the whole town, just starve. If you try to... place an order here you will end up going hungry and will waste an hour of your evening being ignored while they fail to producea pizza for you and you will end up eventually giving up, requesting a refund and leaving hungry. Drove 25 mins to pick our order up, Just to get surprised with burnt pizzas that's not even cut properly. I mean if you hate... your job that much already, at least try to do your job properly. Very disappointing. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Read more
The pizza was good but a medium Philly cheese steak with delivery and $4 tip was $30. Not doing that again!
This is a terrible place! Last night hubby & I decided to try Papa John?s for first time. We ordered the promo special 4... topping large. When we received our pizza it was missing a topping that I really enjoy. We requested a new pizza with all ofthe toppings. When we received the new pizza it had badly burned crust, we suspect the staff took the original pizza threw somepeppers on it & returned it to the oven. The staff did not want to offer a solution. Three people working on a very dead night,we were the only customers. 2 people could not figure out how to refund my money they had to call in the 3rd. I will neverreturn, you get what you pay for! Really amazing staff and good pizza! I had a issue once with a new cook and they fixed it pronto, and made another pizza for me.... Thought that was very classy of the owner. All tastes are different, but they have a lot of good specials and good choices. Mostimportantly they are nice people so I always go back. Read more
First time ordering from Papa Johns Vernon and was not disappointed. Fast friendly service and was ready as promised for pick... up. Ordered an original crust as well as a pan , preferred the crunchiness of the pan but both were good. Used the 4 topping-2 for one, good value for cost. Will definitely return. Read more
Used to be my favourite pizza place, now I wait over an hour in a half for it to even show up. Most of the time I have to call... to confirm. Once my pizzas weren?t even cut and the next time the order wasn?t even done properly. Disappointing Read more
