When I walked up to the worker, they were on their phone and put their finger up, non-verbally telling me to wait while they... finish whatever they're doing on their phone. I then ordered something that I've been ordering for years, just a simple chickenyakisoba. He then told me that didn't exist. He got the order wrong and had to re-enter it. Eventually he figured it out, butbut was distracted by his phone while doing it. I also ordered a bottled iced tea. After walking away I realized that it waswarm. He said the cooler was down and then offered a cup of ice. I can't fault him for the cooler, but if he knew thateverything in the cooler was warm, why not offer ice before. I ordered 5 gyoza as well. When ordering from the Edo in langford,I always get a bit of vinigar-like sauce for them. They didn't know what I was talking about. Overall, a pretty poor experiencestarting out with the guy staring down at his phone holding up his finger at me when I tried to order. Edit: I ended up gettingsick within a few hours of eating here. Another review mentioned keeping precooked meat in a container. I did not pay attentionto whether the meat was freshly cooked or not but it makes me wonder whether that is the case for my meal as well. Read more
The food was under cooked the rice almost tasted raw. Also they serve meat that has been precooked and sitting in a hotel pan... room temp for god knows how long which is food safe issue. The quality has really gone down in the last couple years use to be agood meal and would be a 5 star. Read more
This is worst meal I have ever order in any food court. I just realized that I order chicken chop chop when I done with this... meal. There is really fewer chicken in the meal. Cashier looks had a really tough day. I wont recommand you guys deal with them. Read more
Staff are nice , but noodles are over cooked and the meat is too salty. The sauce is good but the noodles are hard and not... chewy. On the over hand the beef is way too salty and over cooked as well. I went there once and they left the noodles stillunder the cover for almost 5 minutes. Meaning my noodles were overcooked Read more
