I'd have given it 5 stars but I was totally disappointed in the Detroit style meaty pizza mostly all sauce hardly any cheese and... no meat what so ever. I paid 17 dollars for a large 3 topping pizza,pepperoni, sausage and green pepper. When we went to open the take out pizza box... we were very disappointed in what we saw. There must have been 5 slices of pepperoni and around 10 chunks of sausage . So wereally ended up with a nasty cheese pizza! 17 dollars down the drain. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Order for delivery, showed up hot as ordered. Just saying Served in a blue garbage bag I have no idea if that was for easy... cleanup or the fact that the pizza was bland and flavorless sorry not sorry Read more
Waited 10 minutes for them to tell me my 3 topping pizza was made wrong and I would have to wait 15 minutes more for them to fix... it. 66% accuracy is not good. It?s a D grade in school. They also seemed annoyed to have to give me my money back when I askedthem to just cancel the order. No apology or offer to make things right. Read more
Quepapas were fine, the delivery driver was super polite and prompt. But our stuffed crust pizza was a joke! I've never seen... pizza so thin! Hardly any cheese and very greasy. I guess because they put cheese in the stuffed crust they decided to leave itoff the main pizza. We also received store bought tea instead of the fresh brewed tea in the picture on the website. The worstpart is delivery is now 5 DOLLARS! Virginia is a small town. 5 bucks (plus extra for a tip!) is insane to drive a mile. We onlyget PH once or twice a year and if we ever try it again we'll definitely eat in or pick it up ourselves. Read more
Terrible! My husband and I decided to have a supper out and figured a franchised restaurant must be cookie cutter from state to... state to state. No way! We were so disappointed. We ordered a double order of cheese sticks and a large hand tossed supremepizza. There were 3 tables with customers. While we waited, we noticed that when customers would say "Thank you", the waitress,Shaina, would say "No problem" to them instead of "You're welcome". Oh well, maybe she knew them personally. Nope. She NoProblem'd us, too. She never EVER thanked us. She interacted with us like we were a burden to her. Also, we looked up andnoticed the ceiling by the cash register was literally falling down. A part of the ceiling was just hanging there. Our breadsticks came and they were perfect. (This is the 1 star) Our pizza came and immediately we knew something was off. The crust wasso thin. It looked like a thin crust with a ring of dough around the outside. And the crust wad brushed with a garlic butter. Myhusband and I don't use garlic - ever. We asked Shaina if this was a hand tossed and she said that it was. The other customersleft and Shaina was sitting at the other end rolling silverware. My husband had to shout 3 times to get her attention to get a"to go" box. She brought two 9x9 boxes. We had only eaten1 piece of pizza each and 3 bread sticks. We had to ask for anotherbox. Even then, we had to stack our food to fit. She could have brought us a regular take out pizza box. A family came in andShaina said that the dining room was closed and the woman asked, "On a Saturday at 8 pm?" Unacceptable for Pizza Hut. Read more
