Ordered online for delivery and didn't get my entire order. I have been blowing up their phone for an hour and they don't... answer. To add insult to injury, the driver they sent left my food outside on the steps instead of inside the porch like Iasked. This is my second terrible Subway experience in a row and I guarantee it's the last. How hard should it be to not onlyget what you paid for, but to have someone pick up the phone? Edit to add that good old Steve (the owner) responded to both myonline contact form and survey by putting the blame on the delivery/driver service (through the app, so I could not reply) andtold me "you get what you get" without ever making any offer to make this right. I paid in full for an order that I did NOT"get" in full, so, Steve, since I placed the order through the Subway website, this is all on you and the fact that you justdon't care is disgusting. The store on W. Main is selling spoil meat. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was spoil. I called the store and the... older gentleman told me to bring it back, which I did. When I got there he refunded me my money and basically said I waslying.He was very rude. I always go there for my chicken salad. Just lost a customer. Too bad there are no zero. Read more

I just got my nails done . I always go to subway right after my nails . Why in the hell is the doors still locked . So I call... someone is in there and not answering the phone . I would have liked a nice hot sandwich before work. Thanks for theinconvenience Read more

The employee who was working by himself in the middle of a dinner rush was doing the best he could. Granted he moves as slow as... molasses, but having one person working by themself at such a busy time isn?t a good look on the management/owners, seeminglytrying to save money on payroll. Read more

The worst subway I have ever visited. I placed an online order and went to pickup. When I returned home I found my sub totally... wrong. Instead of barbecue rib I found fatty steak Instead. Upon returning they were closed. I was informed online in a responseto my email that they don?t have barbecue rib at this location any longer. Instead they tried to trick me and just put anythingthey wanted on it knowing they would be closed before I returned. Stay away from this location!!! Read more
