One of the best restaurants to eat healthier meals. I choose chipotle over any other place because it's fast, healthy and made... how you like it. I always double the protein choice such as chicken with double rice. Really hits the spot and gets me full.Highly recommend. Read more
Gave this place 3 different tries overall several months. Every time they are out of products. Today it was Barbacoa, utensils ... and no ice so we got warm soda. The steak was really fatty. The staff is generally rude, probably a larger issue here withmanagement seeing as how they can?t keep products in stock and staff is probably upset by most things going on here. Trash binsover flowing and things just overall dirty. Chipotle has had several health issues with food in the past and with how dirtythis place is I just won?t be back to test it. Lazy and rude staff and more than likely management that just isn?t doing much tofix the issues gives me very little confidence in the way they handle food, clean things and keep meat at the righttemperatures. I like Chipotle. I have never had issues with their food. It's this location (Waxahachie) that is a problem. Been disappointed... several times with the food quality, but more importantly the staff there is rude and unprofessional. I placed a take-out orderand upon pickup, noticed that my kid's quesadilla meal was missing the side (cup of fruit). So I nicely tell the young lady atthe front about it, and she says that they're out of fruit. Ok, so I say "well can I have the chips then please?" and she tellsme they're out of chips. I then ask if something else can be substituted and she says "we can't do that". So I am trying to getwhat I PAID FOR, she is not trying to help or resolve the problem, and being quite rude about it. I am all for giving youngpeople a chance to supervise, but if they can't handle it and don't know how to deal with customers, they should just cook inthe back. After going back and forth with her, she did finally cave in and gave me a little sauce cup with some black beans init. Of course my child didn't eat them, but it was the principle at that point. I have never had a bad experience at anyChipotle I've been to, but now have had three at this location (other two previous issues were undercooked food and bad service)Not I, nor my money, will be returning here. Apparently this place doesn?t take cash anymore. What does that even mean? Cashier told me and my boyfriend the GM hasn?t... ordered cash in about a month. What a freaking joke. How are cash paying customers supposed to pay? And no I don?t want to putit on a gift card. Also all the workers take their time, they?re nice but too slow service. Place is filthy, trash isconstantly full, no napkins, restroom had no toilet paper. This place needs to be looked at? it went downhill fast!! Read more
Came here today to eat a bowl and was given a miserable bowl. They skimp the food in an exaggerated amount, I asked politely if... he could give me more chicken and he only put exactly 2 little extra pieces of chicken and when you ask for more they get such anasty attitude. Never coming back, it's an insult and a shame to an establishment such as big as it is. People don't pay withpebbles they come here to waste hard earned money on this trash. These employees take care of the materials expecting some kindof raise or benefits but forget to serve the customer what they deserve. Shame on you. Read more
Ordered 3 meals for pick up. All were good except the Steak bowl... 90% fat instead of meat is ridiculous. I understand there... is going to be some fat on the meat and am totally ok with that, but I couldn't eat this. This location consistently is out of key ingredients (guac, lettuce, sour cream, beans) hours before close. I would rather drive... significantly farther just to make sure I have a quality meal with the items that I?d like. Don?t think about ordering delivery,the last 3 orders have been so grossly incorrect that they have refunded my entire meal. Read more
