Drive thru for breakfast. Fast and efficient. Felt welcome. Ordered a hashbrown and 2 sausage McMuffin /no egg, attendant... verified cheese ok (gold star for service). Payment was quick with receipt. Pick up quick, but had to ask for ketchup. Overall good service. Read more

Came after a long work day at around 12am after placing an online order that went through. There was a long line, so I waited... just under 40 minutes to get to the speaker. At that point I was informed they could only accept cash. I told them I had alreadyplaced the online order and it was paid for. They told me the online ordering is down too and I?ll automatically receive arefund. I asked if I could just show them my order I placed online and that it was already paid for, because I felt I shouldn?thave had to wait that long just to be told no. The drive thru worker told me ?Well it?s not like we can just go whisper ineveryone?s ear that we can only take cash.? I told her They needed to put up a sign or something because there is a long linestill behind me and they will likely wait longer than me. Especially because they weren?t even willing to accommodate seeing myreceipt. She replies back with ?ha! Yeah okay. Have fun then.? I understand systems go down, especially so late at night butthere are better ways to handle that than making people wait for that long, especially so late at night. I had ordered a happy meal, chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a number 7. The girl typed a hair meal, chicken sandwich, medium... fries, and a cheeseburger. I didn't notice until I sat down. I had to wait in line again to tell her the mistake. She charged mefor a large drink and another cheeseburger which all together was slightly more. I sat down again after that. I then noticedthat with all of this that I was short a cheeseburger. I got back up again to tell her about this. She just told the otherworkers that I was short a cheeseburger. Why are your employees still wearing those useless pathetic mask? August 2nd Updated: Decided to see if McDonald's updated... their mask on face. Nope, employees are still wearing half on face to full mask. Such a disgrace. Sick of seeing mask. Theydon't work and there's tons of studies out there stating this. I want to see smiling faces. This McDonald?s is awesome! I have only visited this restaurant twice but each experience I was lucky to have professional,... friendly and fast service. The employees here should give a class on customer service because I have never attended a restaurantwhere the entire staff is courteous and amazing. Please keep it up . You guys rock ! Read more
Brent was Awsome they need more and more people like him. He went out of his way to Take care of us brought my daughter her cone... actually went in to process my purchase and brought my debit card out with my daughter's ice cream cone and the receipt. The worst McDonald's by far. They are rude as can be, your order is wrong every time. And the food quality seems to go down... every time I work near this McDonald's and have tried to go on different days and at different times because I love McDonald'sand it would be so convenient to just go there. It's the same terrible service every time. Not to mention they don't care whatsize you order at all almost every single time they give you a small or medium cup, and some times fries when you order a largeor medium and then shrug at you when you say sorry I ordered a large why are you handing me a small.
