Thought we?d try out the McDonalds when driving through Waxahachie. Unfortunately it appears this McDonalds believes when you... order and pay for Large drinks and a Large fry you only deserve a Medium?s worth of product in that Large container. Disappointed to say the least, maybe we?ll try again in the future and see if they?re able to redeem themselves. Well, decidedto give this McDonalds another shot tonight as we drove through Waxahachie. Just after 10:00 PM we pulled up in the drive thrufor 5 minutes with no response. After a couple more minutes we realized the car in front of us left because no one was takingorders or even telling people they closed early. Everything I saw said this location is open until 11 PM, but they didn?t evenhave the courtesy to turn off the lights so people would know they were closed. There will not be a third chance and I must saythe Sonic across the street did a fantastic job and getting me hot food, quickly and with a smile! Read more
Clean new restaurant. Kiosks work fine and operation running smoothly. Decor feels a little empty. Has an interesting painting... on the wall that's an optical illusion. Read more
I came through the drive thru for breakfast on a Saturday morning and the crew absolutely killed it! Service was very fast. Food... was made correctly. Both ladies at the windows were very friendly, professional, and polite. Almost thought it was Chick-fil-Afor a second?. Read more
Went through drive through, first windows man had his back to window was talking to someone I waited along, time, pulled up to... 2nd window I waited a little bit told her I couldn't get attention to pay at prior window . She took card and gave to anotherperson she disappeared with card told me to pull up to next window. I waited and waited and three cars behind me pulled aroundand left. Finally I was given my card back my meal was mildly warm. Very disappointed in service and food! Read more

I just went through drive thu and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. I asked for apples and fries with BBQ sauce. I sat... for 10 minutes with no one coming to window and received a 4 piece, no apples, and no sauce. Also my drink was handed to me withno ice. This happens so often, unfortunately my kids always want to eat here. Make sure to check your order because theyobviously can?t get the simplest orders correct. Read more
I use this location because I'm 2minutes away from my house but I'd rather drive to the one of 77 and 287 their quality and... costumer service is great The one here is good costumer service but quality is horrible if I'd have to say like the review wouldhave to be 0 My coffee mocha Is not coffee and tell me why I am eating a McMuffin and all I hear is crunch. The staff are always pleasant when I?ve gone on multiple occasions, curbside is nice as well I haven?t waited a long time like... other places. I feel like the negative reviews here are by people who literally will complain about anything. They are new, theydo get short staffed so if you?re not sure they are open at 10:55 knowing they close at 11?.
