They weren?t open !! I arrived near 8:40 am on a Saturday morning & no one was there.
I have had multiple bad experiences at this subway and continue to try but I think today was the last straw. I ordered on the... app 2 footlongs at 12:40 PM and the app told me they where finished at 1:25. I drive here and one of the employees tells me theyaren?t finished because they have to defrost the chicken, and when I asked how long she told me ?unless you want frozen chicken,I can give you frozen chicken?. Just overall bad attitude and being rude. The food is good though. It is now 1:48 and I am justnow getting my food. SMH. Read more
Ordered a monster footlong online and picked it up after my 9 mile drive. Got it back home and there was no cheese, no... peppercorn ranch, only 3 pieces of green pepper and the bread was not toasted. Store had a sign on the door with a big list ofeverything they were out of, yet no call or nothing was said about my sandwich not being able to be properly made. PATHETIC.First time in over a year of going to this Subway and it is the last. NEVER AGAIN will I give them any business. Read more
Stopped at subway for a quick bite to eat. When I walked it it seemed like there was a party happening at subway. Everyone was... happy and smiling and there was even music playing. Ordered a veggie delight with bacon and found a huge glob of.tuna salad in the middle.of.my sandwich I personally don't eat fish... it disagrees with my stomach so to find tuna salad in the middle.of a.samdwhich that shouldn't have tuna on it at all means theydidn't use a clean knife to cut my food!!!!! Love the ladies (sometimes gentlemen) that work here but I have been disappointed by the last couple sandwiches I have been... receiving when I order online. I get the normal amount of meat/protein on a sandwich but lately I feel like my tuna sandwicheshave been very empty. You can see in my picture that the protein is very thin and you can even see that the bread visible thruthe meat. When I asked an employee if I could get more Tuna (I would have paid extra) and she did give me a good amount withoutcharging me, which I did appreciate. It was enough to make both of my footlong sandwiches appear like they normally did inprevious visits. Read more
