I waited 40 minutes for a curbside and had to walk in, my food was sitting on the counter. If you can't keep up HIRE more... people, staff your team correctly. I did not get any Salsa or my queso. My Enchilda almost broke my tooth cause it was so oldand overcooked. Read more
I am a DoorDash driver and I was picking up an order at 10 o'clock on a Friday night and a man who is obviously being worked so... hard was toughing through it and I just wanted to say he's doing an amazing job. We waited in the drive through in line for 20 mins, they were out of LIDS & ranch (we ordered ranch tacos, & they didn?t bother... telling us they were out until we pulled off & saw no ranch on our tacos) went inside to complain & the GM Stephan could nothandle the problem. He immediately told me to go get my receipt & when I came back they had thrown away our food (??????) & gaveme a refund. Took zero responsibility & blamed everything on the fact they only had 3 employees. We wasted almost an hourdealing with all of this & walked away with NO food all while my two year old was waiting in the car. Read more
I went to visit this location today for the first time and the customer service that I received was great! I was greeted by a... young lady who had a beautiful smile and was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and upbeat! My food was hot andfresh. The manager came out to make sure that we were ok and asked if we needed anything. My experience here today was wellworth the visit. DO NOT GO HERE! We just went (first time in months due to another constant issue) and were told they can?t serve us, only drive... thru. No problem! We go through the drive thru and she says it?ll be an 1 hour wait. Why couldn?t you have told us while we wereinside? It?s over 100 degrees and we?d already sat in that line for 10+ mins before being told of the additional waittime. Wasted gas and time yet again at a store that does not have employees. The other incident that happened every single timewe went was them purposely putting cheese, sour cream, etc due to lactose intolerance. We of course didn?t suspect it waspurposeful until we overheard them snickering and talking about it. Read more
Another nice Taco Cabana. I always get the Mexicana breakfast plate, it is delicious and is for sure a hearty meal to carry you... through the day. Don't forget to get the special sauces and Pico de Gallo. They go well with it. They make some nice breakfastburritos also. They keep it cold enough in the restaurant to hang meat though! Read more
Very bummed but I have to give a lower rating this time. They seemed short staffed, we waited over 20 minutes for a salad and an... order of flautas. I guess the manager was feeling the pressure because when I glanced at the salsas (so if know what to ask forwhen the time came) he said something like "we're working on yours, it'll be ready in a minute," like I was trying to rush him.(I wasn't.) It was about 10 minutes in that I realized there were at least 5-6 employees there working. Huh?? People came afterus and left before... And when we finally got our food, they forgot the salad dressing. We had to turn around and go backinside, because dry salad is nasty lol. Quality of the flautas was awesome, but the chicken in my salad didn't look likechicken. We even sucked in them (to clean) and inspected to see what it actually was.
