Absolutely disgusting behavior from employees. Walked in an hour before close and all staff gave me and my group the ugliest... looks you could possibly think of. We usually like chipotle, but today was horrible!!!! No chicken in my quesadilla or sides I ordered with it. An entire entree... was missing & the guacamole had a horrible taste. Then to top it off I can?t get anyone on the phone to get a refund that Ideserve. #disappointed Read more
Slow employees that just mumble responses to your questions. No ice in the ice machine and just rudely told they are out of ice.... The place was a mess. Three employees were visible. Went in to get a burrito and they gave me half a scoop of barbacoa and tried to charge me 10$??? when i confronted the manager,... he said i would have to pay extra for meat, when he only gave me half a scoop. There food is always hot! The service is good considering they are short staff most of the time! The servers go over and above... to serve their customers. People tip the staff, they have a hard job preparing fresh food everyday! It is a team effort. Read more
"What kind of Chipotle closes at 6:30 PM? This one." We've tried to go to this location 3 times. The first time, we got in... during the pandemic, and it was the worst Chipotle we had ever been to. OK, the pandemic is crazy, there's a lot of turnovereverywhere, so we'll try again. Closed around 7:30 or so. Well, that's stupid early for a Chipotle to close, especially one thatlists 10:00 p.m. as the closing time on the door. But again, pandemic, and maybe they listed 7 as the closing time online, andwe never thought to check. Then there's today. Knowing they have absurd hours and close early, we planned to get dinner wayearlier than usual. Online it shows 7:00 as the closing time. Look, I know places have staffing issues. I know "no one wants towork" or whatever the misleading cliché is (it's more like "no one wants to work for what YOU are paying"). But a Chipotleclosing at 7 p.m. is an embarrassment. You're basically saying you don't want to be taken seriously as a dinner option. Wearrived at 6:40 and the employees were still working, serving a customer (or maybe an off-duty employee?)...with the doorslocked. No sign (except the hours, which hilariously show a closing time of 10 p.m.). No indication that maybe we're enteringthrough the wrong door, or something unusual is going on, or you're only doing food delivery services / carry-out. After a fewminutes, a young man saw us standing there and opened the door. Confused, I asked..."are you...closed or something?" while Icould see them serving someone. "Yes, we close at 7." I think he immediately knew how absurd a thing that is to say at 6:43, soa moment later he added, "plus we ran out of food so we just closed early." Uh huh. It sure looked like the staff was servingfood, cleaning up, etc. You ran out of...everything? Or you decided it was slow and you didn't want to stay open until the(already reduced) closing time? Absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever been too. I am a honest reviewer and this place is an absolute joke. The staff are... extremely rude and SLOW. I went in during peak dinner hours and they ran out of white and brown rice. I also asked for guacamoleand was charged for barely one teeny scoop because that's "all that was left". There is no common sense on how to properly runcustomer service business. And to top it all off, my chicken bowl had multiple chicken pieces with BONES in them. See photoattached. no! i don?t write reviews but this deserved it. there was a line of about 5 people infront of me and all of us left after... waiting 15 to get our orders taken. the employees were cursing, messing around, and one girl even made herself food and sat downwith a line full of people. they didn?t acknowledge that people were even waiting. 0/5 stars from me.
