Classic, fresh Tex-Mex with a slight Central American spin, I think (but a, not expert). I?ve missed this kind of reliably... tasty, always fresh burrito joint ever since I lived in L.A. Their carnitas and seafood are my favorites, but you really can?tlose on their small but substantial menu. Small menus often predict high quality ingredients and cooking, and that?s true of LosAmigos! I could eat their corn salsa or mango salsa plain, by the bucket, and be pleased as Punch with the meal. Their food is ok but they consistently mess up your order. I started ordering through Doordash but picking it up so I can check... it before I go home to make sure it?s right. Today I decided to trust them and place the order for delivery since I have Covid.I waited almost an hour. It?s late on a Friday so that?s not their problem but once the food finally got here my bowl had sourcream on it. I have a dairy allergy so I couldn?t even pick at it. Even when you go back to tell them something is wrong theyall have to congregate and look at the receipt and the bowl like they don?t believe you. It?s very awkward.
