I love this McDonald's! The staff is doing their best, the food is always great. Depends on the time you go, but at 2:30 pm... there was no line. I've gone around 6 pm as well, and there is never a huge line. If you order in store, there is sometimes await. Manager is a nice lady. Read more
I order From the app and it?s one price. Then They literally charge me $2+ extra Every Time after i pass The window. So They... basically steal money from My card!! Why do we put mobile cards in the McDonald?s app? If they don?t if they could play with itand pull whatever money they want out of it I?m sick of it!!! It was terrible I have never seen it this bad! They told me to do my order myself , I have an autistic son that loves McDonalds.... I don?t think I?ll ever come back to this one. Was treated so bad , we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers and 2 fries. Toboot there was spilled orange soda all around the fountain and no covers! A disaster!! Read more
Ordered a diet coke and clarified twice and now I?m in the hospital because I?m type one diabetic and they gave me regular coke.... They even indicated ?diet? on the cup and never bothered to actually check if that were true. Complete negligence. Read more
Now you have to wait on lines at a kiosk to order food. For 10 minutes you watch the workers working while nothing seems to be... getting done for customers in the restaurant. Would have been one star but we have had decent service regularly there in the past but today were handed a quarter pounder that... my wife noticed after a few bites that it didn't taste right and her stomach started rumbling. The meat was still pink/red. Theytold us that the machine read that it was the right temperature. We suggested that it was fairly obvious that it wasn't cookedthrough and we informed that they would mention it to the manager. I placed a pickup order and waited 25 minutes. When I went in they outright LIED to my face saying I was never there. They... then gave a cold order and demanded I leave.
