This tacobell used to be decent during lunch rush it still some times is but that's about it. Breakfast here is a JOKE you'll... wait forever even if you do a mobile order. I sat at the drive through to pick up today for 10 minutes for them to never answerand then when I pull forward to the window the staff is on their phone leaning against the counter and when I beep to try andget their attention they look up at me and walk to the back. I will never be back to this location again. Go to the gas stationnext to this location and get some chicken you'll be happy you did that over coming here. Read more
So I placed an order on Sunday and when I came to Pick it up I found out that the location was closed due to not having enough... people. I work in a restaurant and I know that this is a constant issue every where. I came back today and showed them my orderand they made my food right away! Horrible Slow Service No flow with the workers working together 18 min wait after ordering inside.
My favorite Taco Bell. The drive thru line is quick usually and the food has always been well made. I?ve never received a sloppy... meal here like I do at other TBs. App doesn't work, so you don't get loyalty points. Websites just as bad. You can add to cart. Good luck checking out. It has... been like this for too long and I'm losing too many loyalty points. Even with gas being what it is I go farther, to get what Ishould with less issues. Read more

W OW! Awesome! Wish I could give 8 stars. I wanted one thing: the Chicken Power bowl. I'd have several bad experiences at... varying Taco Bells in the area with this, undercooked rice, not enough dressing, badly portioned, chicken too salty; the list islong. BUT - the very first Chicken Power Bowl I ever had I Loved.. and kept trying to repeat that experience only to be met withdisappointment and dismay. Until - TODAY! Keith the manager at This taco bell heard me at the drive through asking if they coulddeliver on a proper Chicken Bowl, correct portions, etc. He replied "You've got 2 managers making your chicken bowl!" I laughedand said "well Allllrightyy then!". Well folks, this was beyond my expectations. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken wasperfect, beans were great.. I'm so full I'm in a blissful food coma! ????????????Thanks to the Taco Bell crew today - 1.11.2021at the Ford Rd., Westland location. You rocked it! At the time of this review it is 222pm on a Wednesday and they are closed. There's people there but they say they're closed.... I've seen other fast food places stay open with two people working. This location constantly does this and the food isconstantly subpar by far. Read more
