Horrible service. It's one thing to be busy it's a whole other issue to boldly ignore your customers. I love tropical Smoothie... but there is no reason I went on my lunch break. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which comes on ciabatta bread and then gave me flatbread. so i asked them to remake it... because i dont eat flatbread and they remade and it let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes then proceeded to say ?it wasn?tdone.? Very poorly managed. Watched the general manager belittle one of her employees. No wonder the staff changes from week to week.... There are ways to be a leader and then there?s way to be a dictator. Clearly ?IJI? isn?t good at leading but is morecomfortable ?bossing?. They should also address the floor I?ve personally seen several employees fall and almost fall due towet greasy floors.
