Horrible service. It's one thing to be busy it's a whole other issue to boldly ignore your customers. I love tropical Smoothie... but there is no reason I went on my lunch break. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which comes on ciabatta bread and then gave me flatbread. so i asked them to remake it... because i dont eat flatbread and they remade and it let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes then proceeded to say ?it wasn?tdone.? Very poorly managed. Watched the general manager belittle one of her employees. No wonder the staff changes from week to week.... There are ways to be a leader and then there?s way to be a dictator. Clearly ?IJI? isn?t good at leading but is morecomfortable ?bossing?. They should also address the floor I?ve personally seen several employees fall and almost fall due towet greasy floors. First of all I ordered curbside, waited 10 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready and went inside. Got my smoothie and... asked for a straw and the lady literally rolled her eyes and sighed. Cause asking for a straw was sooooooo inconvenient. Sheliterally had to just turn around. It was pretty rude & my smoothie was definitely made wrong and melted by the time I actuallygot it. This is my neighbor hood location and I used to enjoy coming here but it seems like they got new staff that could reallycareless. Really won't be coming to this one anymore.
