Horrible service always hope it gets better but never does. Got dinner tonight i live literally five minutes from them my sundae... was melted before i even pulled away got home all my familys food is cold and is not cooked correctly. The people at this location wouldn't give up a butter or syrup if their lives depended on it. If you plan on grabbing hot cakes... to go literally ever, make sure you stuff your butter from home in your pocket before you leave. Read more
I was supposed to get fries. Supposed is the operative word. I had to wait on those. Get back and the sandwich is barely warm.... Back up for another sandwich. And it didn't cool down that much waiting for fries. I got a medium chocolate shake. I questionedwhether it was a medium because it was so small. I don't know what kind of chocolate they use for shakes but mine tasted as ifit had alcohol in it. Ray Kroc would sue them for using his name. Read more

They get orders wrong maybe more often than any fast food places I've ever lived near, no matter if they're busy or not. And... good luck trying to get your food inside or if you order ahead online. Just stick to the drive thru even if the line islong. They're the only mcds in the area so it can get pretty crazy during peak times. The fries are almost always fresh, bigplus. Read more
