Sat down at 10 am and watched everyone around us get their food while we waited for 1 hour to get a bagel and smoked salmon, 2... chocolate chip pancakes, a bowl of fruit, and a breakfast platter. This is an unrealistically long wait for such a little amountof food. We ordered quick stuff because we were on a time crunch. The waitress was great. Scary Kerry is what she mentioned hername was. Honestly, I wanted to pack my kids up and leave after 30 minutes of waiting but the kind regulars who were seated nextto us, convinced us to stay and wait. They were very sweet and I hope they only have good karma in their future. To the kitchenthough, I wish with all my heart that you realize kerry should not be tipping you out tonight. Excellent breakfast. Great service. Home fries are done the way they should be.
Had a great experience at this location. My coworkers and I went for breakfast for our weekend shift. The staff and food was... amazing. I ordered the vegetarian omelette ... It was awesome. Thanks for an experience and the great eats. See you guys onour next weekend shift. Read more
If zero stars was an option. It was earned. We where not even seated let alone able to eat. Although we waited a good 20 minutes... just to be sat down. Decided to leave once a man, woman and child came in. Walked past the line of people waiting. Went directlyto a man wearing a black polo. Proceeded to talk to him like they where friends- family. Very closely over other people?s freshfood awaiting a delivery to there table. Honestly far closer than she should have been with the cold and flu season relevant(also the lingering possibility of spreading covid.) She also almost touched the plates- food of others while she talk to blackpolo. Pointing down at the fried potatoes. Then immediately proceeded to go to a waitress to be seated. The waitress made eyecontact with us for no other reason than you could see she knew seating them was wrong. But required. Then took her across therestaurant and sat them at a dirty table away from us. ?Out of site?. We then again proceeded to wait. Another waitress cleansthe table for the either family or friends of black polo. We where only addressed as we physically went up to the waitress whosat her. Who told us she had waited a long time and was there before us. Which was a blatant fib. In fact there was one couplebefore us and who was seat before her and about 3-4 other tables to be seated before she should have been sat. This in my mindwas a classic case of nepotism. Which caused us to leave and we will not be going to this restaurant again. Thanks for treatingus like second class citizens. We will be taking our business going forward elsewhere. Read more
Been there many times. Last time was horrible. Poor service. I walked in alone . A few minutes later a group of 4 walked in.... The waitress walked over and said to them 'How many'. I spoke up and said 'one'. She walked me to my table then showed theother group their table. The other group was helped first, given utensils and there orders. I was completely ignored. Thewaitress that sat me would walk by and look and walk away. Other staff looked my way but ignored me. The restaurant was notbusy either. I finally walked out, happy to spend my $$ somewhere else. 8 of us went to eat.the bacon is the good stuff not the cheap stuff normally served. The waitress was great .we were going to... dennys but ended up here.the fried potatoes were great. Eggs good.pretty hard to screw them up.left the waitress a good tipafter dealing with our screwed up bunch.coffee was good.the waitress was very patient with us and that's a feat.will go back. Food: Ordered the sunset super with bacon and sausages with an extra serving, bacon cooked to crispy but not overcooked... perfection. Pancakes were nice an fluffy as usual with every Sunset Grill I've visited. Eggs ordered scrambled well done andcame exactly as ordered. Service: Server Shelley was great and very attentive, made sure I had everything I needed from keepingmy coffee topped up to even bringing me water before I asked for it (i think she noticed how fast I was eating). Having to goto work on a Saturday morning sucks and eating here beforehand made my day start off better. Read more
What a waste of time and money. The food was seriously over priced for the quantity. $9 for small bowl of fruit salad, which was... 90% mellon. $9 for 2 slices of texas french bread, that it! And $6 for juice. The service was also left wanting. After she tookour order she was never seen again until the bill...so i had to asking other waitresses for stuff like syrup. Over all, neveragain. $65 total cost for $20 of actually food. Edit: In response to your response: Your response is generic and hardlythoughtful. Your claim that you use the highest quality of ingredients is debatable, and your claim you provide generousamounts is laughable at best. In the end, your response does nothing to entice me to return or recommend your restaurants. Read more
