The employees at this location are rude and incompetent. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the family feast. 8 pcs... two sides salad and four churros. The girl who took my order and I talked about this. After waiting nearly 40 minutes becausethey ran out of chicken. I get my order and there's no salad and no churros. When I asked the girl she said I ordered the familymeal not the feast. The price difference between the two is 30 cents. The one she gave me is priced more than the other withless food. When I told her no I ordered the other one. She refused to correct the order. So basically I paid more for less foodand had to wait a really long time. Why couldn't she have corrreted HER error and given me the salad and churros. So we then Iget home and the chicken appears under cooked. There's barely any meat. So I decide to call the location and speak to themanager.when they answer the call they tell me the manager is busy and to explain what's going on. Not wanting to tell the storytwice I said I'll juat wait to tell the manager. She goes well she's busy so you can just tell me. I said I don't want to hVetoexplain this more than once. I'll just wait. She goes well you can wait but we will probably just forget you're on the phone.Then hangs up on me. I've been going to this location for over ten years and the service has only gotten worse and worse. Iwill NEVER go back again. Rude staff, over priced and very little for your money. NO thank you. Literally the worst el pollo loco. This is the what comes in the chicken taquitos, there is 1 piece of chicken and some old... stuff from the fryer, it's laughable. I have been there 2 hours before closing and they have told me they are out of chicken. Read more
The food was good but service was terrible. Went through the drive through and ordered a dinner with sides and chips and... guacamole. I received my bag and I ask is that everything. Girl says yes, however, I pull around front and check my bad and I'mmissing chips and quac. Then I get home I learned I was also missing my mac and cheese. That's my fav!
