Normally I like waba grill, but this location my daughter and I decided to dine in, when I asked if the restroom was available... they said no its broken and we as workers have to use the albertsons restroom I almost threw up my food and not to mention thefront door is broken and they keep their thermostat at 80 degrees. I have always loved Waba Grill and Wildomar used to be the best. The last few times I have ordered I have been extremely... disappointed. I let it go a few times, because everyone has bad days. After my 4th bad experience, I've decided to comment. I'msad and disappointed. I know we are living in a recession, but the portions and quality have gotten so ridiculous that I willnot come back. Im willing to pay for good food. You are not serving quality for the price. The bowls barely have any meat latelyand rice tastes old and bowl is not even filled. The miso soup was half full with only broth...nothing else in it and was noteven appetizing Sadly frustrated and disappointed. I will not come back to this location anytime soon. Read more
I honestly have never written any kind of bad review before, but I am genuinely offended by the whole experience of this... particular location. It definitely needs new management - this place needs saving. The environment was disgusting & the food wasmediocre at best as well as the employees. Read more
Waba grill needs new management, it's terrible. I have a CANCELLED order from two days ago that I have not received my money... back on. After calling again today I spoke to a manager and was told "I probably won't be able to get to it today." I wonder howher work ethics would change, if she was a customer and heard from a managers mouth that giving you your money back on a orderyou didn't receive is not my priority as a manager right now. I want that manager fired honestly. If giving a customer theirmoney back is toomuch of a task for you to handle AFTER the customer has reached out TO YOU several times then you don't needto manage anything but your new resume that states "customer service is my weak point". Seriously process my order now. Ifit's not done today I will be filing a complaint against the manager and the business itself . This is ridiculous. Read more
June 6th, about 1:00 I got waba grill the rice is stale taste old, the chicken there was barely anything they even took some... chicken out of the bowl before packing it up to go. They?re very skimpy with their food. This is the worst waba grill I?ve everhad. Read more
Wildomar Waba. Ordered a bowl with brown rice, plantspires steak and avocado. My bowl had maybe a 1/2? of rice in it and the... steak was cold. My wife ordered a salad with chicken thighs and got refrigerated white meat. Too bad we took it to go and livea few miles away otherwise it would have gone right back. If you don?t have enough rice, give me the option to change. We havebeen to this location several times and always disappointed. Best WaBa in the valley is in Menifee!!! Read more

This location is sucks. Vegetables and chicken tasted like they were leftovers from lunchtime. Bathrooms closed. Dining room and... patio are a mess. Employees blasting music and not paying attention. And believe it or not...they messed up both items on ourorder. Make the order like it is on the ticket you typed in 30 seconds ago, cook some fresh food, and in the meantime, grab amop. Novel ideas Read more
