My ETA on my order for PICKUP was 20-38 minutes. Got there 10 minutes after that time to wait another 45 minutes for my food.... When I got my food, they put a small handful of fries for my side. When I say handful, I mean 5-8 fries total. I have spentanother 20 minutes just trying to get my fries. On top of that, everyone who ordered inside got their food WAY before I did. Myfood was cold, they had no fountain drinks, and staff was simply just not helpful in any shape or form. Do not recommend at all. Read more
My wings were good - BOTH orders! BUT, they gave me the wrong order the first time around. I only noticed it was incorrect... after I started eating. Not only did the staff promptly correct their error, they allowed me to keep BOTH orders! Very kind ofthem! The staff was friendly, the manager was very appreciative for my understanding and the atmosphere was pleasant all-around(I dined in). The only reason for the 4-stars is simply due to the mix-up in the orders! Read more
Even if it?s not really busy, they?ll still take at least a half hour to get your order out from the time you order. If it?s... somewhat busy, it can take around an hour to hour and a half because they only have 1-2 people working at a time. Should hiremore people or at least schedule more than 2 people! Read more
DO NOT ORDER HERE if you don?t have time for waiting. I ordered online and the eta was 15-27 min. I arrived at the store 30 min... from the time I ordered. When I arrived the cashier made me aware it would be an additional 30 min for my meal? No offer of arefund at that time. The app doesn?t let you know if there are delays and it also does not let you cancel the order. The staffare overwhelmed all the time. This experience has been unreal. Read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 1 HOUR TO WAIT FOR 10 wings. I called in a phone order and Gabriel told me it would be 15... minutes for 10 wings and a drink not even fries. Not too hot if you work for a delivery service. Staff gives over empty cups and does not fill drinks. I get paid to deliver... reliably and promptly, secure the package and to keep my car in shape. I don't get paid to fkn work here. Make an effort. We'redoing our part, too. Read more
This place is out of control! I?ve been here 4 times now and only ordered 1 time because the wait was so bad. Every time I walk... in the door they tell me it?s over an hour wait. I don?t order and just leave. Mind you there was one less than 2 customers inthe dinning area. I asked why the wait was so long and they said Uber and door dash have priority. I?m writing this as I waitfor my first order and half the Uber and door dash drivers were told they couldn?t find the order and would have to wait 30minutes. Management seriously needs to step up.
