Treated my coworkers to pizza from here for my birthday... I called in to order and that went relatively well.. although when I... picked up my pizza they gave me the wrong thing... I order my in a bit of an unusual way 99 percent of the time it comes out right and the few times it didn't they have been great... about getting it fixed. The food here is pretty consistent which is something I cant say for other Pizza Huts. If I amcraving pizza hut this is the one I go to. Read more
They do not know how to deal with the problems they create. I asked for a normal pizza with bacon with extra bacon. Told it... would be 40 minutes and I was fine with that until I waited over an hour to get my food that is cold and not even what Iordered. Then when I call and speak to the manager (Barbie) was very rude and got an attitude with me because of their mistake.I asked them to make my order correct or I want a cash refund if it?s not correct. She tried and offer store credit but I keptrepeating myself saying that I don?t want store credit with the terrible service I?ve received. I don?t know who else has dealtwith this and these kids who work their don?t know how to take orders correctly. Read more
Absolutely abysmal here. Order was put in for pickup at 630 PM over an hour ahead of time. Go to pick up the order and surprise... it wasn't even pulled yet. The customer service is non existent at this location as well Read more
Usually good experience at this location. Always check your pizza before leaving to make sure the order is correct though.
Overall it was good food and good service. They are short staffed but that never stops them from working there butts off. We... order pizza from them a few times a month. Every time they?re great. Even while short staffed. Sometimes only having 2 peopleworking. It may run behind on time, but they?re still doing their best and super apologetic and getting out pizzas as fast aspossible. Got a worker nibbling on food. Worker gave me my food but didn't say anything about my other order in progress so if I didn't... check my bag I would have left with 2 out of 3 things. Once it was done he left it there until another worker had to give it tome. Manor St better. Read more
