Reviews for Bricoleur Vineyards in Windsor, CA
We loved our experience at Bricoleur so much, we went twice in two days! A perfect balance between beauty and elegance without... being pretentious, stuffy, overpriced, or simply too serious. This does not mean the grounds, food, scenery, or overallexperience is anything less than five-stars or flawless. First, the Rosé in the Roses. What an amazing experience in the boccecourt with a deliciously fresh lunch of sandwiches, salads, lemonade, and date bread for dessert. Included in our lunch was amagnum bottle of rosé wine. Our second experience was even better than the first, our Rooted Lunch. A lunch curated of thefreshest greens, vegetables, and proteins from the property and surrounding areas. Hope and Libby were an amazing pair duringour lunch experience and grounded the meal with a fun, carefree, but incredibly connected and knowledge experience. TheDirector of Experiences and Concierge, Deacon was an amazing addition to our visit. He added a bit of humor to our visit andmade us feel right at home. Bricoleur is an absolute gem that is hidden in the hills of Windsor. We cannot wait to come backand visit. Read more
First time be at this winery and like the foods and wine was good. Will visit again in the future.
This is THE BEST WINERY! The location and grounds are beautiful, the wines are wonderful, the pricing is excellent but the... people are what make this winery so special! Hope is the most amazing young lady! Smart, knowledgeable, personable, funny andbeautiful! Deacon, the concierge who gave us a lovely tour was another fantastic human! Smart, funny, well informed and adelight to be around. Don't waste your time anywhere else because they will pale in comparison. Thank you again to all theBricoleur staff that we met. It was the loveliest of days. Read more
We showed up without realizing we needed a reservation. Since it was slower and we were only two people they were able to... squeeze us in, which was very nice. Our tasting was conducted by Mike the Gardener who cultivates fresh fruit and vegetables foruse in their kitchen. We didn't get food but regret it a little bit. The new chef stopped to talk to us for a little bit too.The wine here is great but the service and atmosphere set this place apart. Can't wait to go back with reservations and trytheir food. The chef chooses amazing food to pair with the wine. Their tasting experience is a must! It maybe one of the newer wineries, but... they have a formidable selection. Read more
Don't come here. I kind of don't want anyone to know about this place. It's annoyingly beautiful. Like the kind of grounds that... make you feel sad about wherever you live. The wines are very good, but it really shines with the food pairing which isdelicious. Staff, top notch and these evil people have a wood fired oven going with fresh home made za that lingers in the airlike a diabolical air freshener. Read more
Chris and Mark were extremely hospitable, the wine was delicious, each tasting was distinct and varied. The food was prepared... beautifully and with love. We had a great time here, this place would be an exquisite venue for a wedding. If you decide tostop by you'll enjoy their hospitality and beautiful winery. Read more
We had a simply outstanding tasting experience with Bricoleur! Our food pairing and tasting matched six wines complimented by... dishes prepared by Chef Bellec- each wine was presented and described by Chris and the team; and Chef then shared the foods. Thegrounds are spectacular (yes we enjoyed the cornhole!) and the wine is excellent. Read more
