I have had bad experiences at this Panera location in the past, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and try it a few... more times. Turns out the same problems still remain. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but orders seem to take forever(I ordered two sandwiches and waited upwards of 40 minutes). It seems that workers spend more time chatting or lingering thanpreparing orders. Also, people behind me on the list got their orders before mine. If the cafe was clean and a pleasant place toeat I might not be so annoyed, but unfortunately it isn't. The whole place just feels grimy and like it never really getscleaned well. The one good thing is the food, which is why I kept going here, but the food is realistically going to be verysimilar if not the same at any location. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Panera is great for tea and coffee and free wifi. And there is usually plenty of seating...usually more than a Starbucks if you... are a mobile worker looking for a place to work for a few hours. Plus more spacious.. at Starbucks I always feel like we aresitting on top of each other! Read more

I caught them on a bad day. They had no bagels, which ruined breakfast for me. I had their oatmeal, which was tasteless that... day. It's usually good. If I would have know, I would have grab more sugar. Read more

Terrible management. Plastic in the soup. When opening the bag, the corner of the bag fell in the soup, the person opening did... not pull the food out of service. They just cooked it. So when I almost choked on it. Call the manager .... all I get is.. WEmust do better. Did not honor return off of my order. I will never eat at Panera again, it is terrible what you do to clients.You should be ashamed. Update: I though I would try again. Go against my better judgement. Ordered soup and what was in my soupagain... the corner of the bag the soup is in. There is no way THIS company cannot manage to teach people how to open the soupbags and dump them in the warmer. There is no way the people working do not REALIZE they cut the bag and do not have thecorner... to say I feel they should be ashamed is an understatement. At this point they should be shut down for unsafe foodpractices.. What if someone choked... as well as tomatoes in my Ceasars salad, 1st I'm allergic to tomatoes and cesear saladshould not have tomatoes. Another lunch thrown away at my expense.. Thank goodness they hired new staff and since then this location ( Panera Wynnewood) has gotten better. Food is always good... quality and online orders fulfilled properly which used to be a miss before. Coffee except in the morning is generally eithercold or empty. Front desk person in the morning is extremely sweet but is chatty with her regular customer, so I try to alwaysplace order online otherwise you will have to wait forever for her to get done with her yapping to place an order and morningsare in a rush as one is trying to get to work on time. Food was good as always, service was fine, but this location is by far the dirtiest Panera I?ve ever been to. Tables filled with... crumbs and sticky, floors filled with food, and please don?t get me started on the restroom. But as always food was delicious. Read more

Once again a not so good experience. Our order was wrong and had to order again. I understand they're not fully staffed but,... train your cashiers to listen to the order given, smile, be friendly and stay out front. Autumn squash soup is on the menu andremains delicious! Read more

If you love Panera like me you may find yourself disappointed with this location. Being new to the area I was so excited to be... so close to a Panera. We order catering for all our breakfast & lunch meetings at work and naturally I've grown to LOVE the food& service. Sadly this location has managed in a short time to discourage my patronage & loyalty to the brand even forwork. Every order I have placed & picked up has been incorrect in as little as 4 months. We have had to call becauseingredients have been missing everything or the quality was poor. They are out of stock of their signature pastries often ratherwe go in afternoon or at 7am like this morning. Still none of our preferred pastry. This makes the 5th visit. It seems commonplace that errors can happen however this location seems to be very content (perhaps complacent) with the delivering poorquality, limited stock of goods & omitting ingredients.
