Have the old timer burger hard to mess up that. Wife had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, very salty. Chicken tenders with fries... and a corn on the cob. Also to much salt. Ordered to go through the Chili?s ???? app. Plenty of spaces for in car pick up. The food was reasonably priced, plentiful and... delicious. 3 for one was a deal. Hot and Tasty. Came into today after a bit of a hiatus from Chili?s - it was incredible! The place was full, but we got seated quickly. ... Ordered our drinks - they came out almost immediately. Ordered chips and salsa - came out immediately. Ordered our food - youguessed it - came out hot and quickly. Drinks were always full and the staff was very attentive. Thoroughly impressed. Just went and had lunch at Chilis?Ordered a couple lunch specials. Burger, fries and salad for me and a grilled chicken... sandwich, corn and salad for my wife. The weekday lunch special prices are very good. Only $9 per person?extremely fair!!! Notonly was that good, the waitress we had , Samantha (goes by Sam), was very attentive and did a great job! We had great service and the food was better then normal with the new menu changes. I am glad they made it thru the pandemic but... overall every restaurant is struggling to find enough help and I understand that and feel glad to get any experience close tothe old normal. Read more
I used to love coming to this chili's... Maybe it's poor staffing, which can be fixed with good management, but quality has just... gone down. Had to ask for a refill on drinks multiple times, quesadilla my wife ordered was more like chips with fried cheese. Food obviously sat waiting under the heating lamp before getting to our table. Not a super busy night either. Read more
