I have to triple check my order to make sure the highly intelligent workers got my simple order right. Im constantly missing... half my order when i order nuggets, they give me water when i ask for sprite, and they give me HONEY WHEN I ASK FOR HONEYMUSTARD. I consistently order the same thing?..a ?special? frappe with extra drizzle. Only one manager, Maria, can make them correctly.... Maria is a great employee. There are other ?managers? there that are SOOOO sub par it?s hard to believe they keep their jobs.One gal named Inez is particularly rude. She?ll huff and puff and act irritated if you ask (and PAY) for anything extra. She?s anasty young woman, and it?s always a drag if I interact with her. Our entire order was not cooked fresh as ordered. Meal was cold and stale as if the burgers sat for a long time. The fries for... my wife and son were stale and cold as well. Two burgers were ordered with no salt and both were prepared with salt. I have adietary issue with salt due to a heart problem and I explained this to the person who took my order. After I asked for the orderto be repeated I got attitude and a refusal to repeat the order back to me. Poor quality food and horrible service. There aremuch better McDonalds in the area and I highly suggest that everyone stay clear of the mcDonalds franchise. Eventually someoneis going to get served food that may create a health issue for them as what happened to me. Read more
