I experienced the worst in customer service from 3 margaritas…it’s really sad, disappointing and unfortunate. I have patronized this restaurant many times. I had an issue with my 2/14/2024 order (It was Valentine’s Day and my meal was not fulfilled as I requested. And the portions were not worth 80.00 to include tip)-). This in itself was disappointing. I was not satisfied with what I received and I called immediately. The mgr or representative that I spoke to was supposed to call me back that night and didn’t …I seemingly got the run around for the duration of two weeks. I finally got a call back (today after my 3rd time)….issue unresolved(didn’t get credit that I asked for and felt that I deserved). I honestly do not feel that I would have gotten a call today if I had not called back again…The overall experience of My Valentine’s Day meal was NOT acceptable …the experience has left me feeling in-valued as a customer. I will not frequent this establishment nor recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore.
