Disappointing all the way around, including the way the
"manager's sister" aka floor manager MAKES YOU PAY FOR SHRIMP COCKTAIL THAT WAS BORDERLINE ROTTEN. My husband will eat anything, and never sends his food back!! But, he sent this back. We understand that things happen, that's not the issue. The issue is that a patron should not be made to pay for an item that would literally be flagged by the health department if tested! I guess a shrimp cocktail was worth losing customers, because we will never be back to Rock N Taco! Learning the hard way about how valuable good customer service is will certainly be costly for a new establishment. I have noticed several bad reviews on other sites, groups, and pages, but I don't always listen to bad reviews! This time I should have! Go spend your money somewhere that has good food and better customer service! I would bet they will appreciate the patronage, unlike Rock N Taco! Very sad, Hobos needed a good place to eat!
