We came here for a little family dinner night. We don?t go out often with the little kids and we figured this would be a great... place to try. We were the only ones in there for quite sometime and the staff were on top of it. They were so friendly and happyto help us. We placed our orders and they brought the kids meals first which was AMAZING because they were getting squirmy. Thepizza was good and the pasta was nice. The only thing that made this place lose a star was the food? it?s just whatever. Nothingto write home about or rave about. It tasted fine, kinda on the expensive side but we left with full bellies. The staff was mildly friendly but inattentive. The food was more or less flavorless. The redeeming ng quality was the kids... grilled cheese that my 3 year old enjoyed. My 5 year old got sausages with his waffles and they had to be sent back due to beingunder cooked. Staff said they were supposed to be that way, but in my opinion, meat should not be pink. The sausages also weregreasy and tasteless. Also he said the whip cream on his waffles had no taste. I will drive to the other Ricky's where they haveserving standards. Read more
We went in this weekend excited for breakfast. We got seated immediately, the girls seemed nice, we got coffee, and our order... taken....that's where the good part stops. 40 minutes go by.... No refill on coffee, not a time estimate on when our food wascoming. I watched food wait for just under 15 min to get to it's table. I initially thought it was ours and we were mad. Howdoes a place wait that long to get food to it's table. When we had seen it go right past us to another table, and see no otherfood ready to go out, that was it....we had enough. My man said that's it we are leaving, offered to pay for the 1 coffee wewere given and we left. Ladies, I understand it can be overwhelming BUT you can't forget about your customers. Bring coffee andjust give a little hope with approximate arrival. We were right out in the open and completely forgotten about. There are otherthings we noticed but I'm leaving most important. We ordered pizza from here and it was really good. Decided to head in for breakfast this weekend. Everything was amazing. From... the hostess greeting us, our order was taken promptly, food arrived and I think it was the best breakfast I have ever had at aRicky's! My egg was poached perfectly.
