I was on a road trip and needed some food! I always enjoy your food and while you were my first thought I thought I would eat... something different for dinner. I opted for a burger near by and after waiting 10 minutes for food was totally disappointed(slow service and subpar food). I walked out of the burger joint and drove on over to your Southern Pines location. I walkedin, placed my order and had my hot, freshly prepared food in less than three minutes. 15 minute wait time for a chicken sandwich that got to me cold. Found a black curly hair stuck between the bun and pickle slice.... Iced tea dispenser was filthy with chunks of - something - flowing out of it into cups. A zero out of 5 stars should be anoption. Read more
Breakfast Food is really good. Service time was really long to get the food. Staff was to small to keep up with the customer... amount. Sign was posted stating the staff shortage. Read more
By far the worst bojangles in Moore county. They always mess something up. Forget sauces. Orders are always wrong. They need new... management or BETTER management that know how to train their employees. Stop paying people to constantly mess up orders. If youcan?t do a simple job then don?t work in fast food. This is for the corporate office only. Close it down and open a Popeyes. It's either they ran out of chicken by 6 p.m. or like... today a cash only sign was taped to the intercom. Never had a issue with the staff. The staff is great! Only reason I gave 1star is so I could write this review. Wish I could give blowjangles less. Read more
