HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We came in and they had just opened. We were in a rush so I asked how long it would take for the... calzones and when one of the workers replied 12 minutes, I replied ?no thank you, we will just take the cheese? and the OWNERmade a very rude remark under his breath, didn?t even apologize, when he looked up and realized I had heard him. I asked a 3rdworker for his name and he too was rude and replied with ?why?? As a business owner myself, this was super unprofessional anduncalled for. Won?t be returning. Read more

Had a really weird experience. I went up to the counter to buy a drink and they helped two men who were in line AFTER me and... completely ignored me standing right in front of them 1st in line at the counter. ( I'm a woman) The guy who worked there,seemed like the owner, called over me to ask if he could take my son-in-law's order. My son-in-law said he was with me so theowner FINALLY asked what I wanted. Worse customer service came in at 6:15 they close at 7pm. Ordered a family meal ?we will not serve you not enough bread sticks... and we don?t have pasta. And we will not make you more! My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday what a shame. Wespend 40-50 dollars here I guys they don?t need our money????? Read more

Pizza is really good here and I love the bread sticks. The lasagne is delicious as well and I always love the pasta salad. The... only thing I would complain about is the Sizing of the pizza as a whole. Ordered a large pizza and it was more of a mediumpizza. I believe I paid roughly $16 for that large and added a 2oz ranch for a total of $17. I just can't get over paying thatmuch for such a small pizza. I feel Joe's pizza is a better buy, a large pizza there is about the size of a XL pizza. I wouldn'torder here again in the future unless it was a single slice deal.
