I don?t except a ton whenever I order Pizza Hut. Generally, just expect plain ole? pizza that tastes like average. Sometimes I... get surprised in a positive way, this time it was far from positive. The ?Detroit style? was laughable, had hardly anypepperoni, and looked like it was a joke pizza. Taste wasn?t the worst, but definitely not what my wife and I wereexpecting. The new melt crisp thing I had was mediocre. I?d actually try one of the pizza ones instead of the chicken bacontrash one, which might be a bit better. Alfredo chicken pasta I had a bite of and threw away. Sauce was runny, bland, andoverall was a waste of flour, cheese, MSG, and whatever else goes into it. My experience was at a drive-thru Pizza Hut in Abilene, Texas on 24 Hospital Dr. This was on a Sunday 9/13/22, no visible... customers parked outside and nobody in the drive-thru. The drive-thru windows are blacked out. Nobody acknowledged the drivethrough window, so I honked my horn for service. The General Manager answered aggressively, "Did you just Honk your horn?!That's so RUDE!" and proceeded to tell me I'm lucky I paid for my pizza. My question to Pizza Hut is this the customer serviceskills taught at your stores? Please train your employees properly on how to handle customer service in a drive-thru. Customersshould be acknowledged, lighten those windows the customers can't visibly see if anyone is in there and/or put a bell so we canhear at the window. Paying customers should not be treated in such a matter especially by a self pro-claimed "General Manager"! Read more
Pepperoni and bacon hand tossed was made great and ready fast for pickup. I tried to order by phone and it was 18.00 for a... medium. Pulled over and ordered online and got large for 13.00. Read more
Have ordered home delivery couple times. Last order had very little pizza sauce on it and only the underside edges were cooked.... The rest tasted like pizza dough. Called and explained to manager. The first pizza arrived very quickly which explains theundercooked pizza. Sent a second pizza snd the pizza crust wast still like dough except underside edges. Called again. Talk tomanager, who was very nice. Said he would refund back to my account and to date it has not been returned. Tried to feedpepperoni to my dog and she would not even eat it so I had to throw both pizzas in the trash. I don't recommend Pizza Hut. Read more

When my online order indicated my order was ready, it was not. I waited an extra 10 minutes at the drive thru window and finally... got ot waited on and was asked can I help you? Told I was picking up an online order, and finally received my order. Overallthe service not so great, the pizza was great. Read more
