My wife and I ate here for the first time since we saw this on Restaurant Impossible and it was really good. Everyone was super... friendly and helpful and the sweet young lady at the order desk, which we easily found, was spot on with herrecommendations. The brisket was delicious and the pork ribs were even better. All the sides we had were very good, especiallythe cowboy beans. My wife had the brisket loaded baked potato and she really liked it. It was huge and she only ate half of it.And the iced tea was great, which it should be in a Texas BBQ joint. What was really cool was all the other things; realsilverware, real glasses, even nice napkins. And the remodel was better than we imagined from the TV show. All and all it was agreat experience and I will highly recommend Cowboy BBQ. I wish them the best of success with this revival. Read more
Delicious jalapeno sausage is the bomb. Brisket nice bark and good flavor.
The place is immaculate. They newly renovated and make some killer BBQ! Food comes out fast and the beer was ice cold!
Gorgeous remodel. Seems fancy with the limited menu. Little pricey, but good. Popper burger had fried jalapeños, not fresh... jalapeño poppers. Needs more bbq. Read more

I should have taken a picture of the plate before I started devouring it due to the flavor. Looking at the brisket, I didn't... have high hopes for the flavor. I was dead wrong. No BBQ sauce needed, seriously. I'm not a big BBQ connoisseur, and I'm suresome overly serious I'm high on myself back yard BBQ dude/dudette will say otherwise.
