I spent 10 minutes sitting at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken while I watched multiple other cars get theirs... taken at the screen next to me. I ended up having to exit the drive thru and order inside. I assumed the drive thru screen Ipicked was out of service but I saw other cars getting their order taken from the same one as I was leaving. Wasn't a pleasantexperience since other drivers were getting frustrated at me for creating a line even though no one was taking my order. Alsonot sure what else I could've done differently. Read more
