It truly depends on who is making drinks but there's a mixed looking girl with beautiful hair in a puff that made me the best... caramel macchiato I've ever had at a Starbucks. I went right back in and got another one and she moved from the register to thedrinks just to fix my drink. Put a cash tip jar up. Read more
Worst customer service experience! I went to a large iced coffee with skim milk which I was told it was unavailable. I asked for... the other available substitute options for dairy, this barista with short hair and red highlights had scoffed, rolled her eyesat at me and pointed at the sign above her rather than communicating with the customer! Mind you, my order had also taken over15 minutes because the barista was terribly slow despite me being the only customer there. My order ended up being completelywrong to make things worst. I take a sip of my coffee and not to my surprise this irresponsible barista had given my dairy. Ihave a terrible lactose allergy and became terribly sick from the drink.
