This place is unrecognizable from it's heyday. The difiencies are too numerous to list. Suffice it to say that I went it, looked... around, spoke to the cashier (the only visible or audible sign of life in this place), and left without even the thought ofbuying anything here! I've tried to give boston market on york road a few different chances and everytime there is a problem. Either they are closed... due to not enough staff or never have more than literally 5 things or less at the store to eat. I went there to try the newchicken bites and they didn't have any. So I tried ordering other stuff on menu and they didn't have it. Thinking it was a hugeinconvenience since I only have a 1 hour lunch they still charged me full price and the food was cold and looked few days old.Very rude staff even though there was only 3 people working. One employee just stood there doing nothing. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Sorry for a bad review knowing that people are out sick due to covid but come on let's trylittle harder to make customers happy at least. Poor customer service and logisitics. I ordered online 20 min. before I arrived. I got there and there were no customers in the... store and there was one other online order on the screen which I was in front of. They did not even start my order and then toldme they did not have 2 of my 3 meals I ordered. They were all over the place and could find sauces, salad, or the rightSomepeople came in behind me and instead getting all of my order together they help someone who came in behind me with a regularwalking.
