This place is terrible, they send your drinks in the same plastic bag as food so it gets cold and soggy and then take a hour and... a half to get you your food cold. Then when you call they give you a 35 dollar credit that you apparently never got the nexttime you order. Was told I dont know who would of gave you credit. I dont reccomend ever ordering from here save yourself 40dollars for 2 sandwiches. Read more

My family and I have ordered from here for years. I've been pleased with the quality of the food and service. Yet the last two... times I came there were issues. The first bad experience included wilted lettuce on several hoagies. I can admit I didn't callto complain because I considered it an off day. But today, I ordered a salad, which is apparently now changed to a platterunless you pay an upcharge. Well, when I called about the platter (included in the picture) an employee and manager stated thenew policy. Even when explaining this wasn't conveyed at the time of order and I didn't get a full hoagie just meat/cheeseonions and lettuce. I got a we will talk to the employee and then hung up on while talking with the Manger. While a plattermay not include cucumber and carrots, I should have gotten a tomato, and peppers. If it weren't for the poor service, I wouldnot have written this review. Totally disappointed.!???????????? Read more

The turkey hoagie was simply delicious! Waaaaaay better than Primo and less expensive. The ingredients were fresh and the roll... was an authentic, soft, Philly-style hoagie roll. This is the type of hoagie you get in Philly at a neighborhood corner hoagiespot. I ordered the half hoagie and it was huge, like a full size hoagie. I would definitely come here again. Glad I found thisgem! Read more

Ordered a 1/2 sub with roast beef and swiss. Asked if they could add cole slaw and russian. At least three times I said 1/2 sub,... or 1/2 sub roll. Paid $11 for it, which seems reasonable for one of their usually large subs. Got home and found a smallsandwich on rye bread. Interesting, especially since I paid $11 for it. Called them and they said I had ordered a "roast beefspecial" which is a sandwich, not a sub. Ok, no I didn't, but ok. Then I asked about the price and they told me that the"special" is an $11 sandwich. It's like half the food of what I ordered. I'm sorry, at other places this little, not overflowingwith meat sandwich would be $8 or $9 and would come with chips. Even their online menu says that the sandwich should have been7.75. The food is good, their mistake was honest and no big deal, but if this is the price they really charge it'sunreal. Edit: Owner reached out with a credit and apology. Still not sure why it was $11 instead of $7.75, but I appreciatethe effort. Read more
