I give two stars over one star because I can tell the workers are trying their best. I think management is the issue in this... establishment. they forgot to give me a straw which I don?t understand how you can forget if all I ordered was a drink. myfriend next to me ordered food and they gave her everything but her doughnut. this has also happened multiple times where theyforget to give certain food items. when I am paying 349 for hashbrowns I would like to get my hashbrowns.
