I drive right past this McDonald's on my way to work and I sometimes stop to get breakfast. Lately, when I go through the drive... thru, even if there aren't a lot of people in line, it seems to take an awfully long time to get my food. But today I went andforget it! I pulled up to the ordering area at 7:47am and was still waiting to get to the pay window at 7:54am. I finally had topull out of the line and leave otherwise I would've been late to work! It's ridiculous and it isn't the first time this hashappened. What's worse, is sometimes my food isn't even that hot and the hash browns will be under cooked; not crispy at all. Ihonestly don't know how organized they are inside but I would think by now McDonald's could handle the morning breakfast rushwith major finesse...apparently, I am wrong. In the area, this is the most convenient location for me and my family. however, as of late(the past few visits), the food and... service has been not as good as previous visits. Drinks watered down, even "without ice" request. Fries' boxes always not fullypacked up. Sandwiches made to order 50% of the time (with/out special requests added). Read more
The staff was horribly rude, one of the managers was on FaceTime and was actively ignoring us while we were trying to request... straws. They were out of over half of what we wanted to order and the food we DID get was stale. Read more

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds in the area. Multiple bad experiences one where they charged us $75 for the wrong order and... then continued to give us the wrong meal multiple times. Tonight waited 45 mins after placing our order on the kiosk becausetheir card payments on the kiosk weren?t working. No employee came to us to ask if we?re being helped. One employee had a groupof friends that came in after us and she decided to help them (a group of 6 compared to a group of 2) for 20+ mins messingaround while we still weren?t helped. All employees made eye contact and just ignored us (including the manager who ran out toput ones in the register and ran back to his office). Never paid for our food and ended up leaving.
