This place is fantastic for a hole in the wall in the sticks. It would also fantastic had it been in any major city! The wings... are the best I've ever had and their own brew is excellent. If you're in the area it's a must stop in location. If you're notand have the time it'll be worth it. I often consider the 2800 mile or so drive from Arizona. Read more
I?m really not one to leave a bad review, my boyfriend and I got here at 7, ordered wings and a wrap TO GO, waited almost 2... hours and we only even got our food that quickly because they close at 9 ????. i get that it was a busy night and our server waskind and i?m not blaming him at all. that whole time we were waiting it was very loud all things considered, and couldn?t evenhear my bf sitting next to me. the manager came out and apologized when bringing us the food finally, and said they dropped ourchicken and that?s why it took forever. i don?t even know if i believe that, i don?t think it should have taken that long toremake regardless. we saw tables come and go, we were patient and all but still one of the worst dining experiences that i?veever had. A friend suggested this restaurant so glad they did! I live in the area and had no idea it was in Acton! The food was so... good!!!! My husband loved the wings, definitely will be going back. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Read more
What an amazing restaurant. The only thing better than the food is the service!!!! I highly recommend the wings, in my top 10. ... Favorite flavors are buffalo Pb&J and teriyaki. Also the ramen is phenomenal!! Read more

I?m reluctant to leave this review but I have to. I have all positive reviews on Google, because in the rare instance that I... have an encounter in an establishment where I?m unhappy, I usually speak to the manager and the matter is dealt withprofessionally. This case was handled pretty professionally but the outcome wasn?t favorable to the customer. I?m from out oftown and I brought in a friend to help me work on a property and we decided to have dinner after a long day of work. He orderedribs for dinner and when he received his meal, he got an extremely tasteless, ribless meat dish. We explained this to thewaiter who stated he was sorry and that he would speak to the manager . The manager was very professional and waited on usthereafter. We were pretty lax about the whole situation and we thought it would be fair if he had at least offered us a freedessert to make up for the awful meal which my friend didn?t even touch. After all , the price of food these days isastronomical. Moreover, I had ordered a Sangria water that tasted like tap water on ice. No flavor,-not a Sangria. Themeal and the drinks were charged at full price which we thought that was very unfair. My steak tips were great but the chickenwas grossly overdone. Overall, Willys appears to be a high energy, neighborly restaurant but they must improve their service andthey have to have a policy around unhappy customers who are served below par meals.
