This service is exceptional, and works perfectly for us. The food is interesting with so many options each week, and it?s... obvious that so much thought (and joy) has gone into planning the food for so many dietary needs. It is also so simple to finishoff in 10?15 min, no chopping, slicing or long prep as in some other food delivery services. We love to cook but love to trydiff things and get a night off on a semi-regular basis. There is always great communication, and responsiveness, whether it beinstructions to serve the meal or responding to questions. We tried other services that have weekly commitments and we wastedfood because our schedule is unpredictable. It?s also affordable, which is great for us at this stage of life (retirement). This service is an ABSOLUTE. GAME. CHANGER. My boyfriend was recommended to try it and oh my god I could jump for joy!! We love... to cook but between buying all of the ingredients (most of them go bad), taking the time to plan and cook, and doing all of thedishes and prep? it becomes a hassle and we end up wasting so much money on takeout. But Weco takes care of ALL of that and it?sPHENOMENAL FOOD. We get so excited every night to try each meal and every single one has been more delicious and impressive thanmost restaurants. Seriously. If anyone is on here saying the food is bland? please stick to your frozen chicken nuggets becauseclearly you have the palette of an 8 year old. (Sorry not sorry) Also, it says on the instructions to add salt and pepper totaste which was a very deliberate and smart choice on their part!! I wouldn?t trust the judgement of anyone who doesn?t lovethis food. WECO YOU ARE THE BEST. Food is incredible, fresh, portions are huge and you can literally taste the love that goesinto every dish. We started using Weco 3 weeks ago and have been really impressed. The meals are great and you can tell the ingredients are high... quality. We pick up in Burlington and find it very convenient. I've used WECO for one week and so far I'm very happy with it. The food has been delicious and reheating instructions are simple... but effective. I had a very positive customer service experience as well. I used Hello Fresh religiously for a time, but I'mvery pleased with what WECO offers comparatively. While prices are similar, the transparent pricing model makes me feel like I'mnot being ripped off, even while paying for a premium service. Their use of independent drivers seems to be working well; I hada potential delivery issue and their driver exercised good judgement and got my food where it needed to go (my apt is annoyingto deliver to). All-in-all it's a bit more expensive than I can afford on a daily basis, but I'm a big fan of theirproduct/service and business model, and I will definitely be using them again. Read more
