Service and wait times are awful there. I waited 30 minutes for my food after checking in with the cashier. Thankfully the food... was good. Maybe one day they will get it together. Read more
10/28/22 6 pm Walked inside to place a counter order. An employee walked right by me towards the window, chatted and then walked... back so surprised to see me there. He started to take my order of 4 senior 2-piece fish meals. The window service personinterrupted him 3 times with a problem about green beans that a drive through customer did not want to pay for...wrongcontainer. At least 3 other employees walked behind cashier from the kitchen...not sure what they were doing but not solving aproblem. The window attendant (female) kept hollering for kitchen staff while interrupting the cashier also. Finally got myorder to take to a friend's home who is moving, as we were sharing a quick meal. We are sure glad we did not go through thedrive thru line as it didn't move the whole time, as I was in placing and taking out my orders. The car with the green beanproblem should have been asked to move up and park while others could get their orders at the window. We were very disappointedwith the quality of the food. The pieces of fish appeared to have been fried and then reheated in a microwave.... very rubberytexture and not crisp. The portion of green beans and slaw was about 1/4 cup...about half of the section in the takeoutcontainer. Is that how we are saving $1 for the senior meal with lesser portions? When this location opened, it was AMAZING! Fast, correct service by workers who actually seemed to care. We use them about once... a week. Not sure what happened, but over the past year it has turned into a mess. Orders are consistently incorrect, slowservice by staff who don't even say hello (and these folks want $15/hour ?!). I'm laying blame on the Manager. Whip yourlocation into shape or move aside!! Read more
Tonight's meal was the Best I've had since they opened! The Southern fried fish was perfectly cooked,flavorful, hot and... delicious! As were the sides. Kudos to New management and the cook! Read more
